The fully-automatic coating system is perfectly suited for the coating of complex wooden parts with corner joints and rebates (e.g. furniture elements, windows, doors) with major shades of colours and only occasional changes of paint. Since the coating conditions are optimized within the system, the characteristics of high-quality paint substances can fully unfold. The result is an outstanding coating quality of both sides oft he workpieces passing through.

dynspray allows for the fully automatic coating of wooden elements with different shades of colours in a continuous flow process. This system is especially suited for coating large wooden surfaces, e.g. doors, shutters or individual parts.

Process

The water-based paint is applied to the workpiece by means of the spraying guns of an automatic spraying system. Because of the exact identification of the individual workpiece, the paint is used in a cost-efficient way. The resulting overspray is collected by a recovery system, for example ‘coolac’, and then recycled.
