We plan and design complete coating systems for wooden elements of any kind, for example wooden windows and doors, fences, chairs or profiles for curtain walls. Our focus is on the individual requirements of our customers. When we start planning a system, we first determine the facts. We analyse the requirements as to the system and its performance, often together with the paint suppliers. Among others, we discuss the following questions:

• coating process (individual parts or frames),
• coating structure (2-, 3- or 4-layer structure, flow-coating or spraying),
• capacity of the system
• space available
• degree of automation

On this basis we create individual customer concepts.

In the realisation phase, we take over all duties of order processing, e.g. order placement, pre-assembly and dispatch – as a rule, acting as general contractor. We also install the system at our customers‘, carry out commissioning and train the operating staff. Our complementary services such as prior trainings or parallel counselling offer additional support.    

During the project phase, we are readily available as our customers‘ key partner. In the post-project phase, we remain the competent partner for the entire system.
