System Layout for Crafts

Enterprises manufacturing around 20 to 30 units per day with a strong orientation towards skilled craftsmanship have other demands on a coating system than bigger companies. As far as craft enterprises are concerned, our challenge is to realise a complete coating cycle for wooden elements on limited space and at an acceptable budget, making sure that all applicable coating standards are met.

In general, the new coating system aims at an improvement in quality and at the coating of parts with a manageable amount of manual work.

One of the concepts we offer consists of a compact, space-saving layout with a flow-coating system and a manual spraying stand in one coating cycle.

As an alternative, concepts with two separate cycles are often used. The flow-coating cycle is equipped with an automatic conveying system, whereas the cycle with the manual spraying stand uses a manual conveyor.
