Automatic coating system by R+H

Since 2015 the Polish window manufacturer Pozbud has relied on the painting system concepts of Range+Heine for industrial window coating.

The workpieces are suspended on the Power & Free convey-or and are treated with pre-lacquer as intermediate coating in the automatic spraying system dynflow. Afterwards, the final coating is made in an electrostatic double booth with prolac paint recovery. Drying is effected with two dryers equipped with circulating air dehumidifying. The constant process leads to a short and quick drying time. The intermediate grinding is made at the suspended workpiece while passing trough.

[Translate to English:] Die Imprägnierung und Grundierung wird hier am Einzelteil in unserer horizontalen Grundieranlage flowcoroll H durchgeführt. Im Anschluss werden die Teile geschliffen und zum Rahmen verpresst. Die Decklackierung wird am Rahmen hängend mittels eines Lackierroboters von CMA Robotics mit Online-Werkstückerkennung appliziert. Unter Verwendung einer Hub-Senkstation werden bei einem zweifachen Spritzauftrag gegebenenfalls noch notwendige manuelle Kontrolltätigkeiten am Rahmen hängend am Förderer durchgeführt.
